Health West Pocatello is a longstanding community health center dedicated to providing accessible, patient-centered care to individuals and families across southeast Idaho. Established in 1999 and originally located in Old Town Pocatello, the clinic now operates from its modern location at 1000 N.
8th Avenue. Patients have access to primary care, behavioral health, women’s health, pediatric services, dental care, and an onsite pharmacy for added convenience.
We accept insurance, Medicaid and Medicare and offer a sliding fee scale. With extended weekday hours, Health West is committed to serving the healthcare needs of the Pocatello community.
