  MARK SEMONS

  PRESIDENT OF SEMONS FINANCIAL GROUP, RHU, PRINCIPAL REAL BENEFIT SOLUTIONS

  With over 30 years of experience in the field of Insurance as a Health and Group Benefits Consultant, Mark brings uncommon expertise to the arena of Employee Benefits. As a Registered Health Underwriter who has specialized in Self-Funded Group Benefits for the last 26 years, he has become intimately familiar with all aspects of these advanced concepts. Mark has twice been named agent of the year for the Southeast Idaho Region by Regence Blue Shield of Idaho and was the 2012-13 “Al Argyle Excellence in the Industry” Award Winner with the Idaho Association of Health Underwriters. Mark’s background offers a depth of experience rare to the insurance industry which benefits clients of Real Benefit Solutions.

  TRENT SUTTON

  BENEFIT CONSULTANT, PRINCIPAL REAL BENEFIT SOLUTIONS

  Trent has specialized in medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for the past 14 years serving the individual, employer, and senior markets throughout Idaho. He is a past President of the Eastern Idaho Association of Health Underwriters and currently serves as the Immediate Past President for the Idaho Association of Health Underwriters. Trent’s focus is on building long-term relationships with his clients to ensure they are best utilizing their benefit dollars to achieve their financial objectives. A native of Pocatello, Trent earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Idaho State University with an emphasis in Accounting. Trent currently serves as the Treasurer for the Rocky Mountain Football League and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate to help abused and neglected children. Trent has served in several capacities for the Boy Scouts of America and has coached several youth sports teams. He loves living in Southeast Idaho and enjoys camping, biking, and fishing. Trent and his wife Vanessa have five children.

  MATTHEW SEMONS

  BENEFIT CONSULTANT

  Matthew has been working in the health insurance industry for over 15 years and specializes in group Health, Life, Dental, Vision, and Disability. Matthew also works with COBRA administration, benefits analyses, renewals, buy downs, flex plans, and marketing. He is NAHU Certified in HIPAA Privacy and Security, and Self Funding. Matthew received his bachelor’s degree in both Marketing and Management from Idaho State University. Matthew is currently serving on the board of the Eastern Idaho Association of Health Underwriters where he enjoys serving and making a difference in the industry.

  NATHAN SEMONS

  BENEFIT CONSULTANT

  Nathan Semons was born and raised in Pocatello Idaho. He currently resides in Pocatello with his beautiful wife Brianne, and two very energetic boys Milo and Luca. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys serving the Hispanic community in this area. Nathan is currently serving on the board of the Eastern Idaho Association of Health Underwriters and is very active in his community. He is also pursuing a professional designation from The American College in group benefits. Nathan received his life and health consulting license from the State of Idaho in September of 2008 and has been working as a consultant for Semons Financial Group ever since. He loves backpacking, fishing, white water rafting, and anything that has to do with being outside with his family. Nathan is currently serving as a local scout crew leader for the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys spending time with the scouts.

  Michael specializes in Individual and group medical, dental, vision, life, Medicare, and disability insurance. Working with many small businesses in the area, he has built great lasting relationships by helping them understand and wisely use their insurance benefits. Michael and his beautiful wife Nikki were both born and raised here in Pocatello and are lucky to be raising both their four wonderful Children Alli, Will, Tucker, and Summer in the only place they consider to be home. Some of his hobbies include camping, biking, fishing, and anything that brings his family together.

  John Ward has lived in South East Idaho for 26 years. He recently moved to Blackfoot with his wife and daughter to get away from the city life and enjoy the tight knit community of the Blackfoot area. He loves helping out in the community and regularly volunteers to help with the local high school basketball teams. He has always loved working with the public and was excited at the opportunity to help people in Bingham County with their individual and group health insurance. John becomes instant friends with everyone he talks to and loves meeting new people.

  STORM SHELLEY

  Storm Shelley has lived in Blackfoot for 16 years, and would not want to raise his two children anywhere else. His wife, Paige, grew up in Blackfoot, so when the opportunity came to offer health insurance benefits to those living in Blackfoot and Bingham County, they were excited to take it. He is currently studying Business Management through BYU – Idaho, and is always looking for opportunities to further his education. Storm loves to be involved with the community, and enjoys helping with the high school basketball team. He is fluent in Spanish, and has loved getting to use that language to help more people in the community. Storm understands how important it is for both individuals and groups to have the right health insurance coverage and benefits, and is excited to provide that service.

  ACCOUNT MANAGER

  Penny brings 28 years’ experience in the insurance industry offering our clients employees fast, professional service on tough claims issues. At Real Benefit Solutions, we understand that most employees often find it difficult to solve their own claims problems. As a secondary service to your chosen carrier, we offer a hands-on approach to solving problems fast! Penny also leads our team in our Administrative Services claims process and helps keep our average claims turnaround time at 24 hours or less. Her and her husband Brad have lived in Blackfoot for 35 years and have raised three children. She enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, riding bikes and horses, snow skiing in the winter months and most of all playing with her 6 grandchildren.

  OLESYA SEMONS

  FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

  Olesya specializes in part of the financial aspect of the company. She received an Associate’s of Science in Business as well as bachelors’ in both Accounting and Finance from Idaho State University. While attending ISU, she participated in VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) and Beta Alpha Psi. Olesya mostly works from home as she takes care of her two young children, Parker and Charlie. She is married to the youngest Semons’ brother, Benjamin. Olesya’s favorite hobbies include physical activities such as skiing, running, and volleyball.
